Yep there will be a 5th season of the NDML. The signups will be opened in September and the league should start the month after.

Everybody feel free to tell me what you would like to see in the next NDML!

Also, if you are an experienced coder and motivated, you would help the Q2 scene a lot if you could make a WORKING QTV.

Here are few ideas I've already had for the next NDML:
- Single Elimination format (no more winner and loser bracket)
- Allstar game to OPEN the league (not to end it because people lose their motivation)
- Side tournament opened to all countries in the world (aka HPW or World tournament) with different signups than the regular NDML.

	Remove that stupid double elimination... If you need to give second chances to losers, then maybe best of 3 games in semi-finals? or 2 games and winner is that team which first gets 5 map wins? I don't care, but not double elimination

	tp will remain tp 2. it has always been like that, quake2 itself has turned rail based with the arrival of the low pings, can't help it :p with tp4, it's just too easy to spam grenades and collect random frags.

	Imo no more double-elimination. Straight playoffs with atleast 2 victories to get to next round (so no1 goes thrue with luckymatch). And no 1o1/2o2 hassle in a TDM tournament, implementing those would really make NDML lose it's prestige...

	this was just an idea, my goal is to keep this league interesting, if it loses interest, it loses prestige -> it's bad. I also think double-elimination is good, but that's not the case of everybody...

	sorry but i really don´t belive that will work =) ndml is a 4on4 leagu not a 1on1 leagu or a 2on2 leagu let it stay with 4on4 and skipp the rest.. and about the leagu is to long.. well.. this time its not summer aftherward so now it can be long =)

	I personally also think double-elimination is a good system but it has flaws, one of them is that it makes the league last a bit too long. Many people told me they didn't like that system so I think I will just stick to regular playoffs for the next season. BUT I have ideas to add interest to the league, I just need to know everyones opinions. Small glimpse of what I thought about: it could be implemented in NDML or it could be a side tournament as well or both, I dunno but: 4on4 + 2on2 + duel stages, winning a stage give points so a team who totally suck at 4on4 but has good duelers might get further than expected. But that are just ideas =)

	Single Elimination format (no more winner and loser bracket) think u should keep winner and loser brackets.... everyone can have a bad game sometime then u should have one more chance even if it will be harder to get to the final

	the problem is that NDML is losing a bit of its interest if we stick to the usual format, I'm sure anyone can predict even more than the winners, the playoffs stages also :X Moreover, a lot of 'exotic' countries such as Chile, USA, Brazil, etc. wanted to take part to NDML. Anyway I'm not sure what will be done yet...

	Skip that side-tournament, focus should be 110% on NDML or it may lose interests. Last season was a World tournament when USA decided to join the league. Hope you will find that coder. Keep up the good work boys.
