Schedules !2004-10-24 04:46 | Gravgon
It's up! You can check all the schedules of NDML in the "schedule" section.

The first matchweek starts on monday 1st November

Why? I delayed the league to one more week because it seemed many teams weren't ready yet (some hadn't added their players yet for instance).

Don't forget that 1 week = 1 round so Start scheduling your matches now!

Last note: Rules have been updated, don't bother doing anything in this league if you haven't read and understood them.

Groups online2004-10-18 14:29 | Gravgon
You can check out the groups on your right, they have been done based on last season results, pings, skills a bit of all.

You can also notice a "weird" group which is group D. All the non-European teams have been placed there together with Poland.
This has been done to limit the amount of games involving non-EU teams and EU teams. Poland was willing to be placed in that group.

Don't forget that the playoffs are Double-Elimination. The teams which don't reach the playoffs will be placed in new groups for a second group serie.

Last thing: this week will be used to set up the teams and the league properly and the NDML will start next week.

During this week, i'll make another attempt to organise an allstar game.

Enjoy!

NDML*5 on its way2004-10-07 18:22 | Gravgon
"Impossible is nothing"

After a long wait, the Fifth season of the Nations DeathMatch League is now ready to kick off.

However, the players (you) are the only ones able to make this league work properly. A little bit of good will from everyone and this can be the apogee of the most prestigious Q2 league.

Here is a little overview of important points...

- Countries:
List of subscribed countries until now:
Austria (frikA)
Belgium (Gravgon)
Canada (ni-ux)
Chile (Baquet)
Croatia (Necro and Loopi)
Czech Republic(Marty)
Estonia (bishop)
Finland (Dimmu)
France (CainE)
Germany (dIem)
Italy (Bigol)
Lithuania (DM)
Netherlands (Arch)
Poland (Scooby)
Slovenia (Putka)
Sweden (Stuff and Purri)
USA (Nebulous)
Ukraine (Zbone)
UK (Mj)

- Allstar game:
I will try once again to organise it although I think this has become an utopia rather.
Maybe a new way to select players can be used, comment this.

- When?:
On the 18th of October, whatever happened to the allstar game, NDML*5 will start.
The groups will be online soon.

- How?:
Group matches played best of 3
PlayOff matches played best of 5
Double-Elimination playoffs.

- World wide?:
As you can see, there are 3 non-european countries subscribed: Canada, Chile and USA.
Matches involving a non-european team against a european team will be played home/away.

- Website:
Claymore did an awesome job updating the NDML website so that it can now use the newest version of his php scripts. Many thanks to him!

That's it, stay tuned for more fresh infos!

New poll2004-09-10 06:40 | Gravgon
As you can see there are few non-European teams, the captain of one of the team proposed solutions to play the games between European and American teams.

Check out the new poll and vote !

NDML*5 Status: Setting up the allstar exhibition match which will start off the league | waiting for a well known Polish webmaster to come back from a porn safari in Thailand.
