Purri informed us on May 17 that "shuggh is not going to play". We have not received word from shuggh himself - he's been made unavailable to us. This results in a forfeit on shuggh's behalf, giving him 5 warnings (rule 6.2.5).

shuggh is now kicked out due to reaching his warning limit.
