I assumed the EDL crew does that so they know who to inquiry about changes that occur on the scoreboard, rather than having to guess when something odd happens to it.
In this league, there are only two referees so this action is probably not needed.
there is no need for it, i said the same thing in EDL site, the name of the admin who uploaded the screens and wrote the description is written in the "refree" section, plus , who cares who have modified the desctiption ? as if it will change anything
