People often asking me how to take power shield(s) on Marics map(s) on Coolnet II DM2 server. Sometimes in the middle of the game and it's really annoying so I made short demo for marics57 map. I hope that helps

Personally I prefer double rl jump from cg-pad. Sometimes I do gl + rl jump from rg arena.

BtW, I put more demos on q2scene's forum/help section for most Marics maps. Sure, there are many more easier/harder ways to take PS
