Endscreen was creative, rest was annoying flashing or copying from others without realizing the original idea.
Get rid of wmv and do it right with x264 with proper container. And stop using default frame sampling as it's just too much. Better none than default. TC2 has good amount if you like to copy. But really better 60fps video without frame sampling.
guys. it's just a trailer. It shouldnt contain the BEST ZOMG AWESOME frags. Look at the final act. It contained really average frags comparing to the full length movie.
Anyway u can't see much in this trailer, so u can't rate the quality properly.
Better idea is to help irvin with some graphics setting.

I recommend changing skins (skins look awful faceless), use: set gl_coloredlightmaps "0.3" (or a value between 0.3 and 0.1) to avoid the orange color of some walls, and try sharper image.
