So there i list some things how you can succeed in it (you begged it ):
Using transitions is generally thought lame. Of course its possible to make a stylish transition for frag movie, but its not drag and drop like it seemed in your movie.
For slow motion use high fps originals, like 60 or 90 fps and it will be smooth.
Increase brightness and possibly correct some colors so it wont be so red.
Learn how to remove kick back and bobbing when recamming. KG help's tutorial shows how to do it.
The statusbar is not needed in frag movies, because there is not any chronological story like in cw demos, so most ppl dont watch how many health etc. you got. And if the layout is more simply focus goes right to actions.
Action replays fight against the movie - they underestimates the watcher and reduces movie's rewatch value.
Compress the sound! For example make it mpeg layer-3, 24khz, stereo and minimum 56kbit/s.

Some really cool frags, music fits in the feeling and end text and its effects was nice.
