By whom? Rocket Launcher is an experience weapon and Damiah is pretty experience. Not only that, some people just have certain movement patterns that make them easier to hit with rockets.
Did you saw demos? Especially the first one? Is such accurate direct RL hitting causes suspicion only by me? It's a miracle to make a RL direct hit to your opponent (unlike in Q3), but it happened constantly in this game.
