Beloved players, spectators, fans, groupies,
The elimination stage is now over and, with 37 players left, we enter the next stage of the league: the groupstage.
How does it work?
- 5 weeks of games (see )
- best-of-3 games
- timelimit 15
16 players advance to the playoffs:
- 3 players from groups A and B (those groups have 6 players instead of 5)
- 2 players from groups C, D, E, F and G
We enter the first round of the groupstage on the 5th of january 2011.
Deadline is 12 january 2011 at 20.00CET.
Obviously everyone can start playing their games from this moment on!

This is also the deadline for all possible reschedules of previous rounds.
Games wich turned into walkovers (w/o) can thus be (re)scheduled and played untill 22 december!

Players  and have been removed from the league according to 1.4 and 9.7.
A sad beginning of the league but hopefully no more issues like this will occur in the future.

The elimination groups have been made, the are up and the second edition of The Edge League has now officially started.
All what's left is for you all to start scheduling and playing your games.
There will be 3 weeks of eliminations: Each week one game per group has to be played.
The deadlines for each week are on wednesday 20.00CET!
That means that the deadline for round I is set on wednesday 8 december 2010 at 20.00CET!.
You can just play your games or schedule them and give us the time and date.
Screenshots for every game have to be made and sent to any admin in #edge.q2 or via mail to edgeleague@hotmail.com!
