The EDL has now reached the playoff stage!
The only difference in the rules will be that the playoff games will all be best of 5.
That means each player will pick 2 maps instead of one, and in the case of a 2-2 score ellimination will be done by the same method as before. We will also try to provide better coverage for these games with demos, reports and hopefully also qtv when possible.
The players who took first place in their groups will go directly to 1/8-finals and therefore skip the first playoff round. These players are:

Damiah
The remaining players who placed 2nd and 3rd in their groups will play each other based on the system of a2 vs b3, b2 vs a3 and so on as stated in the The winner of a2 vs b3 will then play b1 in 1/8.

The first playoff round will be monday 15 jan - sunday 21 jan. Since this is playoffs there will be NO possibility to play games later, so any game not played by then will be made a walkover in favour of the one online. Also, if you schedule a game please make sure to tell an admin so we can prepare and make the best coverage possible!
