Divisions and groups announced

A new system. Some people will like it, some won't, and in no way do I ever expect everybody to be 100% happy about anything around here. So please, keep that in mind.

The seeding trustees were: IsBjorn, biah, Sheffik and sofiene, with input from Darus and AlexJ. However, I ultimately decided on the divisions and groups alone - so they are relieved of liability.

Changes made Oct 2nd:
-slippi to div2
-padonkas to div3 west
-durklas to div3 west
-abc to div3 east
-dia to div3 east
-masteris to div3 west (oct 5: removed)
-duco to div3 east
-vaporizer replaced by ekzm in div4 a

Playoffs:
Div 1: top 8 advance
Div 2: top 8 advance
Div 3: top 8 of each group, to a mutual playoffs
Div 4: same as Div 3

Note that all divisions have their own playoffs.

	There used to be a quite 'stupid' rule when it comes to official games. That is that the games needs to be 'watched' 1x time before approving the demos. I do get this rule for friendly or public games, but not for officials like in -> #edl #euroq2l or any other official game on this portal. The admins spend already so much time into our leagues, I'm sure they don't have a couple of hours/day to RE watch demos before they are allowed to be uploaded, this will not work if you will force people to upload every single game, and then also maintain sanity of the current admins Not sure, but I suspect this is still the case.

	imo CoVell was easly top 10 before he got hand injure,maybe even top 5. Some of the div1 players could be in div2 and some of div2 could be in div1...we will see how it goes.

	covell, I was just wondering. U might have improved while I was gone, but as far as I know u. U were an avarage player, never top class. 	Hi. This is my tournament debute. This is me beeing put in div3. ...and all of a sudden this idea sparks. Let me tell you about it by presenting this statement: That is one long ladder to climb! To explain, I would express it by saying I fear getting tired of climbing it. By struggling with the fact that I have yet to live through anything like a Quake2-duel-league experience in this life. I believe that I could very well do a decent job in div4 if i find the curage and motivation required facing these moments of truth. Building up my dueling experience on a honest foundation. Based on obervation of people with high level league dueling experience and with relfection of how I understand it, thease matches requires full tention, focus and balance of the game between the two worlds facing eatch other. So I am asking for a change. To be able to fully express my transformation to both my self and to the observer, "I" ask to be able to positivly, calmly and gently grow as a beginner/adventurer/explorer/journey-man/conquerer/whatever-you-want-to-call-it and by following it - feeding the creation of an idea which sparked in my mind, feeding the same idea which is now in yours.
