Warnings Update

The deadline for uploading missing demos (for most players) was this past Wednesday night. Players who didn't honor this deadline, has now been dealt warnings. for details.

The following players are currently kicked out:
Cheimera
demien (nov 16: back)
diaa (nov 14: back)
LELIK
mato
MSN
PopS
rinx (nov 14: back)
rul
xawik

!!! BUT BEFORE YOU START KICKING AND SCREAMING, remember that you are welcome back as soon as you upload your missing demos. !!!

This does not go for PopS and xawik. xawik is kicked out with no possibility to return, and PopS also has to reschedule his forfeits, in order to get back. (Edit: PopS is now also beyond redemption.)

	duco: np. your situation has been corrected. spectator: i'll take that as a compliment - thank you. i am in fact going easy on people, and giving them several second chances, but i must also be just. i go about my admining business putting the league first, and the rule sheet second. rul: do what you can, and we'll see what happens. you should just have been more aware of what the rules expected of you, when signing up. we sent emails (in english, polish and russian) explaining this, along with a news post giving players a heads up. teioch: no, 5 warnings result in a kick from the league. however, since most punishments can be down-sized, it will be quite rare that a player is directly kicked with no chance of returning, when hitting the 5 warning mark. for a little while we had some problems with demosquad, and we temporarily(!) accepted demos by email. these demos have been stored, but they haven't been uploaded to DS, simply because the admins have not been able to make that a priority at the moment - we have enough work with other things as it is. the players are not expected to upload these demos to DS, but of course we encourage them to. duco (again :]): 3 w/o's don't automatically result in a kick with no possibility to return. if the players manages to reschedule, the punishment for these 3 w/o's will be down-sized, making it possible for him to continue the EDL.

	@TeiOch : Xaw already has 2 W/O games (remember 3 W/O's is also kicked) and he lied to admin after losing to a13-alex. Looks enough to me; there has to be drawn a border line somewhere

	To Welk: 15 warnings and you automatically get kicked out of the league with no possible return? Why is xaw kicked? 2 of the warnings are 2 missing demos vs ME, but that is certainly not correct tho he did in fact uploaded our games, and I'm sure a couple of others. A few days back I even searched my POV on DS and found them, and now when I tried they're even removed. So he should at least have 15-2=13 warnings and thus not permanently kicked. Also, I sent my demos from that match to the edl mail When it was doable to do so (when approving on DS still did not worked properly) but they are not added to DS yet, does it mean I have to do that? Word, z1on !!! It may be tough for some, but it ain't that hard recording / uploading. no.1 reason is definitely spotting cheat nubz and see games from different perspectives. Keep up the good work !!!

	1.I am for demo uploads,couse this is the one of the ways to caught the noob cheaters. 2.Its good to see different styles and game play by other ppl 3.For me uploading the demo makes ppl more important and mutch closer to the q2 community.

	i have my last demos vs stigmata, but dont have games against war and cln. dont want to get kicked :< i was allways plying till the end when i just have internet and free time. i can only prommice you that next demos will b uploadet on time... didnt know it was so important. gl hf

	Welkin, be careful what you wish for -- DS jam packed now with demos. I can hardly keep up. Try to go easy with the warnings. I'm sure by now you know who is just being difficult from who is simply not used to u/l'ing so many demos. You run an amazingly tight ship man.

	Hi Welkin: My apologies for the 3 missing demo's from my game vs demien. However i did upload demo's of all my other games. Was having troubles finding this last 3 demo's. Finally i found them and uploaded them to demosquad + sent you an e-mail. I wonder if you could remove some of my warnings.
