Omg. Ping disadvantage 10 for russians is iron ground for whining after loosing game. There are exceptions however: fps, wkd. And I dont mean UMUSTDIE here. High ping and disadvantage are different things. Kabysdoh likes to ride this pony
dunno what. that's all shit coz not so hard to make a fake ping so there's no point to find an absolutely equal server wision was an admin on this much and that was his decision, so i'm clear anyway
last time when we played he had ping advantage nearly 15. I played on 75 and higher. And it was OK. Nobody was wining. Be a MAN! I have ping near 45 on MHS so... So his wining would stoped only if I agreed to play on server with ping advantage on his side, as it was last time. And I realy had a PL on MHS this day.

actually that sux. notorius eliminated mHs server coz of pl, but only visible pl counts afaik... or i'm wrong? 10ms of 50ms is not that low difference, it's 20% actually.
