xawik left during the game on q2dm3, and thereby forfeited the map. Shortly after that he also left the server, not finishing the match. For this he receives two warnings (rule 7.2.2).

When addressed about this, xawik denied having played with Alex, and claimed he had never even "met" the guy. He said that Alex was lying, and that the game was a fraud, performed versus somebody faking as xawik.

After an investigation into the matter, we have found out that the IP of this player is the exact same as both xawik's IRC user, and xawik's Q2scene user. Therefor it is beyond all reasonable doubt that xawik was lying, and that it was in fact him playing. For this he receives an additional two warnings (rule 7.2.10).

xawik receives one warning for missing q2dm3 demo (rule 7.2.6).

xawik is kicked out on Nov 10. Map score adjusted.
