sofiene picked q2dm3. newash picked q2rdm5.

q2dm3 was accidentally played with timelimit 20, due to server complications. At the 15:00 mark sofiene was in the lead, but at the 20:00 mark newash won. The game should have been aborted straight away, and restarted with timelimit 15, but since neither player made this happen, the game is now considered sofiene's win. However, if either player wishes, he may demand to have this map replayed altogether.

newash dropped out. Gave final confirmation on email, Jan 9. Game turns into a forfeit on his behalf.

	Replaying the map is consistent with the EDL's past decisions. Remember Optimus vs. Jakkari a couple of seasons ago. The match was played on a server where say_team messages could be read by the opponent. Optimus had won but the match had to be replayed because of wrong server settings. Just wanted to lawyer this shit a little bit

The game was a bit messy. I mean, server settings. But there was the ping issue. But I think after each game on that server, the tl is set back to org. 20 mins (?) and tl was changed to 15 first by newash, then they tried a 1 min game to see the overtime. After that, game was reset to 20 min. So that's why the game was at 20 mins when they actually started. Sofiene did call a timeout, and voted tl 15 that somehow never got thru..maybe newash forgot to vote? In any way, I reminded these guys when it was 10 seconds left (14:50): since spec talk was allowed I wrote directly into the match and said: 10 seconds Left! But I think neither of them was seeing it (in the heat of the game...). In one way I gotta admit.... if both were thinking it was 5 mins left when the tl 15 mark was passed, that they thought they had played only 10 mins, that affects the game greatly. EG. newash would think yes! i have 5 more minutes to turn this game, which he did. Sofiene could think, awright gotta stay focuz 5 more mins and not loose. Then the score turned ... it's just a bit strange .... what is right and wrong? imo, the game was 'a bit' too unintentionally wrong - the game should have a double w/o. Im not taking any side, just trying to see logically what is 'right' and 'wrong': what the outcome should be. About rdm5, yes mrt left really quick, but I gotta also admit one thing here, since he was spawned at the start it affected the spawn system most likely. maybe sofiene/newash would have gotten totally different spawns if mrt never joined (i dont care if it was a bug or not). .....I'm a bit into Welkin's thinking: 20 min at the start of dm3 - game should've been restarted! - mrt was in one of the team in the actual game of rdm5, if mere only 1-3 seconds, game should've been restarted! Home / away was also an option which is bad that newash never thought of if he wasnt happy about the server. well, few of my cents.

	Talking 'smtg like that' means you are not competent, or you want misslead the people. The fact you offered ot 2 min counted by us, doesnt provide anything coz i didnt agree on such case.

	1st : i wanted to play in that server cause it was the most suitable server for both of us (about ping) cause my ping in other servers was 90 or more. 2nd: we tested the overtime,david came with the idea of voting tl 1 and see what happen,and after 1 min the overtime was 5 mins,so i asked if there is a tie,match ends after 2 mins. also,after the begin of the game,some spec said "20 mins ? " so i timed out and voted 15 mins but i think it didnt worked and the time in the server stayed as 20 mins. 3rd : in the very 1st begin of rdm5,mrt joined a team (server bug i think ) i timed and said "mrt wtf" he left team and said server bug or smth like that,i asked newsh if he wants "re or continue" he just said "continue "or smth like that,i have demo if you want (mrt joining the team didnt effected the match,it was just for 1-2 secs) 4th: im not EDL admin,i dont take any decisions or interfere in anything related to adminig the EDL. finally,its not that i want to win or anything,if newash wants,we can replay dm3,just if i got time and good connection.

	How about instead of setting the default time to 20 minutes, you set it to 15? The majority of matches played on the servers are friendly pickups or EDL matches, and it's a real hassle to time in every time we ready up and change the timelimit, and it's especially annoying when it's during an EDL match.
