ptrip was played in two parts;

First part was played on 2012-11-13, when stigmata disconnected after 3-0. This is interpreted as stigmata forfeiting the remainder of the game, meaning both maps, which gives him back his initial full match forfeit penalty (rule 6.2.2).

AlexJ agreed to complete the map/match on 2012-11-17, continuing the game as if stigmata had overflowed. This again down-sizes stigmata's match forfeit penalty to 1. However when replaying, rules 4.3.6 and 4.3.11 were violated, which each player is now given a total of 1 warning for.

Also, stigmata again left during the 2nd part of ptrip and thereby forfeited the map.
