This game was first Bezel vs [GNP]-Sniper, but then zolton replaced Sniper. Details below.

On 2013-01-26 the Crew agreed to drop Sniper from the losers bracket final and instead offer the spot to the player next in line - zolton - who accepted. The reason for this decision is as follows;

1) When the deadline was reached on 2013-01-20 24:00 CET, the game had failed to get played or even scheduled.

2) Both players then felt in the right to claim a forfeit, stating that they made a greater effort in getting the game played/scheduled than the other. The Crew is of a different opinion. We consider both players to have basically made themselves equally available and endeavouring.

3) The Crew agreed to extend the deadline for the game, because a) we have no interest in forfeits at this stage in the playoffs, and b) no player was more eligible for a forced victory than the other.

4) When asked to provide dates/times when they were able to show up and play, so that the Crew could assist them in getting the game scheduled, Bezel offered a generous number of options, while Sniper only expressed himself available for this particular game on 2013-02-12, 01.00 CET. Sniper also made it clear that he would be available to play a possible Grand Final versus pr0to at many other dates/times, if we would allow him to advance, but apparently these times were out of bounds for Bezel.

5) The Crew considers Sniper's position in this matter to be highly unreasonable and unfair, and we absolutely do not expect Bezel to accept it. Therefor we've decided to give Sniper's spot in the losers bracket final to zolton, who was next in line having been eliminated by Sniper in the previous round.

Sniper's past matches are not forfeited on his behalf, because he was removed during playoffs. However, this match is considered a forfeit and therefor the penalty for such is issued; -225 frags + 3 warnings (rule 2.2.6 + 6.2.4).
