Windows 10 compatible!

As we all Windows 10 users know that anticheat doesn't really work probably. The game crashes and you can't play at almost any server. Therefor i have removed everything from the GameServices.eu servers so it doesn't even load anticheat.dll, so they are now fully compatible with Windows 10.

	I thought someone found a solution how to use Win 8 and above with ac forced servers. Well still good enough. Thanks Revo

	Instead of requiring server admins to change setups, do yourself a favor and just delete anticheat.dll if you're running windows 8 or 10. It doesn't work with those operating system anyway, no point in keeping it around. If you remove the ac dll your client won't crash at all when joining ac=1 servers.
