	Personally, I think the act of surrendering a match itself is not disrespectful behavior. If a player feels that they cannot win, then why agonize the losing player for the rest of the game when he will probably not try anymore anyway? I don't see how a game can more entertaining for players or spectators if both players continue to play, as compared to if one of the players' quit during a game. Also, when I see someone quitting a game or match, I view the results of the game/match more as a sign of ultimate victory, because the player has given up all hope of trying to make a comeback, thus validating your win even more and making your victory sweeter! :p

	Loved the games. Just too bad about Damiah's lame behaviour and the disrespect to you Purri and to whole q2 community that watched the games (or will by the demos). And too bad about No jehar.... But still, right man won. Huge congratulations PURRI. I'm shure you are the most successful EDL participant and have a record few if none could ever beat, esp. if you will be a remaining player. Cheers! (great season! one letdown was ofc covell in the div1 playoff.)

	A bit lucky on rdm2,but PURRI was really the better man that day.Made a mistake picking duel5 instead of ztn2dm2,could be 4:0. Congrats to him. I hope next season final is bo5.

	For me it was strangest ELD final ever. Very annoying map leaving when still having good chances to win (especially at ptrip), I just cant understand this. Damiah should start control his nerves. But still after unfairly considered rdm2 and Damiahs network problems for me this Final didnt answered who is currently the best Q2 dueler

	Quitting three maps in the grand final should result in expulsion from future leagues. Quake players could learn a lesson from starcraft players in this regard..

	Marre! I just totally missed this game (even if it is ongoing as I am typing). Thanks skuller - Again! - for the GTV option. I just cannot jump right in the grand final when I missed 2 first games, 16.00 was way too early for me..damn! I would have hoped for 17.00 instead. For me, there is only one last desperate solution for me to still enjoy the grand final without any spoiler interference. I'll wait for all demos to be uploaded (please purri and damiah do it as quickly as u can ;]), I won't have a clue who took the gold, and I will watch one game at a time, hiding the rest to my eyes when I download, so I will not Even know how many maps was ultimately played! Game is not live ..but I will have to think it is. At least it will be the closest option to watch the games evolve in unknown progress... So until I've seen the demos I will not visit EDL site, or q2scene at all - who knwos where the spoilers might lurk. I will prolly not visit any quakeserver as well with risking hearing ppl talk about the grand final and mention the scores. But I am expecting to see some worldclass games late evening/tonight. { GL }...

	GTV would definitely be the best option. If not then it would be nice if either Jehar, AlexJ or norman were around to stream the match.

	I've contacted Jehar, but no response yet. Not sure how excited he'll be about the "can you be ready to host the coverage at 16.00 cet, or in case they don't want to start until later, maybe 17.00, or in fact, if they don't want to start on Saturday at all, then Monday at a currently unknown time?" part. This game is not very observer friendly, as people will be required to sit around and wait for an undisclosed period of time, and possibly at multiple occasions. I'll see if I can get Skuller to GTV it either way, for those of us who are into that sort of thing..
