Finally after three weeks we managed to finish first round of the playoffs (let's hope the next round will take at least a week less!). This second round's deadline is on Thursday 17.02. at 20:00. Games which won't be scheduled at that time will be forced in favor who shows up or to neutral date. gl&hf
There's another thing I would like to announce here. Newash came up with nice idea of having clash of best european duellers and best polish duellers. Here's the news from newash and expect more info coming soon!

Pre-playoffs stage | 2011-01-05 12:42 | wision |

Finally I managed to finish the group stage by adding walkovers and kicking inactive players out. Please welcome to pre-playoffs round where 4th and 5th players from each group will compete for a spot to the playoffs. Pre-playoff pairs look like this:
st!gmata vs osiris numavezi - svalbard rinx vs Sol {42A}SERj vs Z1on
ZeT vs murder Hibru vs bobek Gip5y vs pr0to Durklas vs U-God
Home team is always player on the left and that was decided by placing 4th in the group. If you have any question why you placed 4th or 5th, or why you are even 6th, feel free to ask in the comments. All the matches are supposed to by played by the rules like in normal playoffs stage, which means these matches are BO5.
Deadline for these matches is Tuesday 11th of January 20:00 CET. Unplayed and unscheduled games will be forced on neutral date, or in case one player shows up, then it will be forced in his favor, or in case both players show up, then both will be forced to schedule it together.
If nobody shows up on scheduled or forced time, winner will be chosen randomly.
good luck and have a fun! |

The group stage is finally over. I would like to ask everyone to check their matches and see if all of them have been added. If there is a match missing, please let me know! Matches listed in the "Upcoming matches" section will be turned into a wo, unless they are played.
I promised everyone that you will have a chance to fix your walkovers, so here it is. Basically you can have two types of walkover losses: either you lost 0:2 by not showing up on a forced/scheduled time or a double wo 0:0 where neither you or your opponent showed up on the forced time. Here are the guidelines for these two scenarios:
0:2 loss: If you lost by wo to your opponent, then it's up to you to get the game played. Your opponent has to agree on playing the game and deadline for the game is 30th of December. If I do not receive the screenshots by the 30th of December, then the score stays as it is. If you have troubles contacting your opponent, you can MSG me about it and I will see what I can do.
0:0 loss: In this case you have to try to find your opponent and schedule the game and play it. The games with 0:0 score will be forced in favor of the player who will try to schedule the game! If you have troubles contacting your opponent, you have to let me know and I will try to help you out. You have time until 19.12 20:00 CET to schedule the game and message me about it. If the game is not scheduled by 19.12 20:00 CET, the score 0:0 will stay. Note that you can still play the game even after 19.12, with the exception that messaging me about not being able to contact your opponent will NOT result in forcing of the game in your favor. If both of the players message me, then I will force the players to agree on a date using my Jedi Mind Control Powers.
Please follow the exact dates and times and act accordingly! There are just too many players and I'm really busy. So try to keep it clear/quick!
Also keep reading this news, because I'm sure I will need to update it from time to time with solutions to some of your problems. Good luck!
EDIT 1: Please do not count your points. It's very likely that they are wrong, and so could be your position in the group. I am aware of that and everything will be resolved in the end of the month. Thank you. |

All unplayed matches from round 10 were forced on sunday 05.12.2010 at 20:00. Round 11 will be forced on thursday 09.12.2010 at 20:00. Meanwhile I would like to ask all the players to start playing their games, otherwise everyone with more than two walkovers will be kicked out of the league later on.
Despite saying that 5 players will advance to playoffs, it seems like we will have to change the plan, since lot there will be lot of dropouts and I believe that in some groups there will be even less than 5 players left to advance to the next stage sadly. |
