The eliminations have ended and it is time to start the group phase of the league. We tried to make the groups as even as possible, hopefully we managed to reach this goal. Four players from each group advances to the playoffs, meaning that half of you is going to be eliminated. Congratulations for those who made it through the eliminations and good luck to every player!
The deadline for the first round is Sunday 13.01.
Playoffs are scheduled to start on 3rd of march so all games must be played before that time.

This week we were quite strict in forced games and if we didn't receive any message from any of players, both of them received w/o. Even though you can still play your games, and score will be changed, but this applies only to both sided w/o games. Games from round III are forced on Thursday 27.12.2007 @ 20:00 CET. Deadline for round IV is 30.12.2007 @ 21:00 CET. As we are reaching the end of the year we need you to play your games before the end. This means that round IV games will be forced on 31.12.2007 @ 20:00 CET. glhf

Here we are with 3rd round of EDL#6 elimination stage. Matches from round II are forced on Saturday 22.12.2007 20:00 CET. Round III matches deadline is on Sunday 23.12.2007 at 21:00 CET. |

As I already mentioned, this season we have incredible number of participants, but some people have problems getting in touch with their opponents. One way of finding your opponent is to have a look at (feel free to idle there!), another way is to use q2scene messenger (in the menu on the left) because there are still some people who are not familiar with IRC or being able to use it. Third way how to contact your opponent can be checking his details and looking for some other kind of messenger like MSN/ICQ/JABBER/GG. Last way of trying to reach your opponent could be contacting some player from same country if he could give you some help (applies mainly to russian players). Now you know how to contact your opponents, so you can finally schedule all your games! GL&HF |

Welcome to the second round of EDL#6 elimination stage. I am very glad to see that some groups are already finished and that lot of players were able to play multiple games during first week. Some players have been changed with new ones ( adrenaline,  zolich2, ef|da^wd with players  nasty,  vaga,  extreme)
All unscheduled matches from round I have been forced on Saturday 20:00 CET and all matches from round II have deadline at Sunday 21:00 CET.
During this elimination stage we are trying to correct all the mistakes in the rules, so there can still be changes in the rules, but I will keep you posted in the news about those changes.
Changes from last week:
- added rule about allowed servers
- changed the rule about no show up during playoffs |
