Updated serverlist!

Since the r1q2 dedicated-server software were updated the ac-force do not longer work on the old version. This means that several servers that are not updated are no longer allowed in eq2l. I've made a list of the servers that are up-to-date and added some new servers to the list. If you know some server that's not in the list write a comment and I'll add it.

	thx thaigo you always make my laugh mod without any usefull vote commands, without good admin login system, avgp, config vote and other is still the best? buahaha... try to be smart and try to use tdm/tourney. i agree that battle is good, but when you have rcon, without is its shit.. tdm/tourney isnt.

	Note to any server admins using anticheat, make sure you are registered on my forum and subscribed to the R1Q2 changelog thread so you get an email when a new version is released. Hopefully updates that break anticheat compatibility are rare, but sometimes they are needed.

	damn, dediz battle is good server, but why battle? the worst mod for 4v4 cw without admin.. use tdm or tourney.. you can time there, or vote kick etc.. config vote tdm/itdm and others.. fi and swe server admins should think about tdm/tourney too..
