Description
Today’s match was ttnm vs. eF. On my books eF was a slight favor here, but not on next1. I knew that ttnm have practiced it pretty much, so they must know how to play it. Maps were q2dm7, q2next1 and q2dm6 if needed. Let's begin with q2dm7

q2dm7 on Telenet Quake2 Warserver <> 82.192.78.28:27911

Map started and voron got armor control at the beginning while jakkari was owning with hyper blaster between hb and rl area. In first minutes ttnm was gathering to the upper rl and attacking to armor from there, while all four eF guys were keeping armor and slowly attacking to HB and RL. After 5min eF had about 10 frags lead (34-26). And it was only 8 frags because ttnm captured armor. dhopes and Juzams held armor for a while, until voron and fps got it back few minutes later and frag difference started to grow up again. 9min left and eFs frag advantage was about 30 frags... Fps' fraghunt seemed to be very effective... I never really understood what he was supposed to keep, maybe armor and lower rl? I don't know, anyway he was a deadly force in eF. 6min left and ttnm killed all armor boosted eF guys, but they were already over 50 frags behind, and they would have needed a miracle to win this. Especially when they lost the armor pretty soon. Last minutes were quite even, eF managed to lock their lead to 50 frags, so the final score was 151-104 for eF

q2next1 on Telenet Quake2 Warserver <> 82.192.78.28:27911

Aaah then our loved/hated q2next1, first quad went to jakkari who was running around with blaster whole 30sec and got only one frag. 2nd quad was also taken by ttnm but carloz decided to shoot him down to keep game even. 3rd one went to jakkari again and this time he survived and even made a decent quad run. Meanwhile ttnm started to control quad area while eF was running around with blaster. Titanium’s pracs with KTA really have paid of and they had 30 frags lead after 6min.Even though they had quad area under control, eF still managed to steal some quads... 8th quad was taken by eF and they really did some nice damage with it... 3 teamkills in 5sec! When they realized that they are females, they gather their team and attacked to next quad and started to catch up 8min left and 46-82, but their comeback ended quickly. eF really should stop killing their own if they are planning to get quads in future. . W0uld returned back to 0 frags when it was 6min left and like it wasn't enough he made one more suicide and had -1 for a while. ttnm lead was 100-50 after 15min. Again last 5min were quite boring.. not even team kills :( Final score 130-79

q2dm6 on Telenet Quake2 Warserver <> 82.192.78.28:27911

So game was tied 1-1 and next map was q2dm6. hmmm... n1ce from eF though that game was over after 2 maps, but he was wrong... anyway he disconnected and we had to wait him a while. Finally n1ce found his way back to server and game was about to begin. Jakkari got an honor to get the first quad, but he was gunned down by voron pretty fast. And right after he decided to heat himself up with a nice lava dive and it worked. During next minute he got 5 frags! (I must try that in next game!) Anyway eF had rail/BA control and a bit later boosted voron took over BFG. And little later her took quad and increased eFs lead to 34-17, which was a score after 5min. Somehow eF lost rail/BA control and also jakkari managed to get next 3 quads without any resistance. But still he die to first enemy and frag difference stayed in 20. 10min left and score was 65-40 for eF. I guess eFs timers were abit messed up during the first 10min, but they got quad time after 20sec waiting in quad box, and it was worth it. z1u started quad runs and next minutes were all eF. Frag difference went quickly up to 40 and that was enough for ttnm. 5min left eF lead was still 40. When z1u started to struggle at quad voron took his place as a quad runner and he did a nice job there by taking almost all remaining quads and secured eFs 2-1 victory. Final score was 107-70 for eF

GG. This was pretty much like a finale match for us. We knew that the winner of the match would (in practice) advance to the playoffs.

I'm afraid I have to wonder in public, what is this new/strange habit, that some people overtake females using kick/lockteam I've got accustomed to the idea "founder's keeper" rather than "the one - - who has got the most guts kicking and locking - - can have it". Obviously we didn't make a big number out of it at the scene since it would have made things worse.
