Hello and welcome to the second semifinal of Eq2l-5! Today fighting for the place in the finals are two very strong clans from Scandinavia (where else?), the ever-good Wizard from Finland and stop, which comprise of swedish and estonian members but is registred in Estonia because the taxes are lower here.

Both clans look very strong on paper, and both have lost very few maps this season. stop is playing with 3 .se guys for the first time, because Mobzter is hooked up with somekinda volleyball crap (cmon dude, get your priorities straight) and Reaper is out getting wasted with his gf I think, but luckily Purri steps in and promises to give Wizard a run for their money.

q2dm2 - Wizard's choice
stop is notorious for sucking in dm2, I mean they've lost to clans there who don't use mouselook! Really. But today things looked promising from the start. After few minutes stop was already leading 11:17 and then after another nice boost and 5 minutes of playing they we're ahead 21:39. Then for a brief while it looked like Wizard is catching up, but stop's teamplay is working really good today and after 10 minutes stop leads by 30 frags or so. There was one extremely nice moment when Pogo was going for RA and Purri was in the doorway that leads to SSG and quad, asking for rail. Pogo jumps on the platform, takes RA and rail, quickly jumps back and drops railgun in the air. Purri jumps at the correct time from the doorway and catches the rail in the air! The map continued under stop's domination until the end. One thing that probably ruined Wizard's chances is the fact that stop managed to hold RA lift the entire game.

q2dm1 - stop's choice
dm1 started out quite tight, because after 3 minutes of playing stop was ahead only with 8 frags. However, it's really really hard to beat 4 guys with so good aim in dm1 and since their teamplay skills here are also practically unbeatable, Wizard is in for a world of trouble. After 5 minutes the score is already 20:53. stop manages to lock down every position completely and Wizard is just getting beaten around. After 12 minutes of playing it looked like Wizard is making a comeback, suddenly they got weapons and took over some positions but they didn't manage to hold them very long. dm1 has always been stop's map and this time is no different.

q2next1 - Wizard's choice
Finns are darn good at next1 as we all know and they really had a chance to make a difference here. Two minutes have passed and stop has a slight advantage 11:14. After that they manage to get control of the map, but no for long tho, Wizard is putting up a real fight. 5 minutes played and the score is tied 37:36! This kinda even gameplay continues for the next five minutes but Wizard manages to frag slightly more so after 10 minutes they are leading with 10 frags. stop knows if they don't catch up now they are going to lose this one, so they get their act together and when the clock shows 7:15 left, the score is again tied at 87:87! After that stop manages to get the quad to seriously disrupt Wizard's gameplay. 3 minutes left and Wizard is already behind 106:129. Looks like this time stop is unbeatable.

Eq2l-5 final is between Q2 monsters HBQ who won the last season and the new improved stop. Which one will win the ultimate Q2 league? We will surely find out soon enough! Stay tuned for the grande finale!
