As the rules say that Euroq2l is based on latest version of nocheat or 2.34 at least - YES
Few ppl asked me on irc about r1q2/hw, can they use it in euroq2l? the answer is YES, BUT:
a) the server cant be r1q2/hw only
b) if there is problem with finding server where u can use r1q2/hw and nocheat at the sime time, u must use nocheat only then
