League system - groups.

After discussions and few players' opinions, we decided to adopt a new league system. We didn't expect so many clans to sign up and, obviously, only two groups cannot work.

The division you could notice before are canceled. New groups are to be made. This time, the clans are divided into 4 balanced groups made according to seeds and ratings given to each clan. In collaboration with Gravgon and ohyeah, we decided to divide the clans as you can see on right.

Lastly, I would like to apology for the few 'stunts' that happened at the start of this league. No more last-minutes changes will be made in the future.

	Yup, good call to force maps. The scene is filled with dm1/dm3-ppl, about time they played other maps too. This way also clans need some depth to finish high in the poules.

	Forced maps are a good decision. Everything will go more smoothly. Also the huge two groups were madness. It's good that admins are flexible and act before it's too late. New maps are refreshing. Good job so far.

	No. Once you play a match with a clan you cannot play with another one unless you follow the right procedure (quit clan A, join clan B, wait 1 round then play). I will play with HBQ

	Parti: because we overlooked that, sorry it was a mess trying to form new groups, we tried to split clans from the same nation into different groups but we obviously missed +/pimp
