Hi and good bye everyone, I here by now leaving Q2 community for good, not just by the playing, but by the assistance of helping out in such like Euroq2l and so on..
However, i'll be around for certain things from time to time. Servers will remains such as they are right now and I'll still adding clans for ventrilo if needed and other ideas are of course welcomed for Q2 servers if needed..
Why am I leaving again?
Reason answerd can be on irc if you're curious enough.
Thanks for me for all these years of fun and my time to... well I quote this: "I don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve."

Its finally time for a new season of Euroq2l. Hopefully we will have many nice games during this season to watch. First of all i would like you all to read the All players need to record demos and screenshots should be taken by the clanleader of each clan.
Edit: Qrwa decided to drop from the league since they didnt have enough players. Div1 will only have one group now and the teams play each other once. Muffzors will play in div1 and that means that first 8 teams will advance to playoffs.
Team 1 vs Team8, Team2 vs Team7, Team3 vs Team6, Team4 vs Team5.
Edit2: Division2 will only have 2 groups. Every clan play each clan once in the group. First 8 of each div2 groups will advance to playoffs.
a1-b8, a2-b7, a3-b6, a4-b5, b1-a8, b2-a7, b3-a6, b4-a5.
Edit3: The deadline for the first round will be Wednesday 27/1 2300cet. GL and HF!

Its year 2010 and we are ready to open signups for a new Euroq2l season, this times it is already our 13th. Hopefully it is not an unlucky number for Quake2 and we will see multiple clans signing in and help us to make this season special once again.
We have few changes for this season, the biggest is that our long time headadmin  wision steps down and ph will take over. Another adjustment is for playoff, where we return to the old system where four best clans from each group enters to the playoffs, unless signups drop and there are not enough clans for this system.
We are also trying something new, which will allow you to offer us something in return. Lack of reports and coverage have been maybe the biggest problem in past seasons. Now that we have GTV on many servers and people spec lots of games through it, the idea is that if someone feels like writing a short report while specing, please do. Hand it to the admins after the game and we will read it and make some adjustments if needed and post it with the screens. Same goes with everything else, if you have an idea and interest to write something concerning Euroq2l feel free to do so. Posts can be anonymous or with your name under it, your call.
Now the important part, most clans already know how to signup, but for those who doesnt, you can click signups at top left or and press "sign up" button. Still no luck? Then join to #euroq2l @ qnet and ask admins what to do. Signups will be open till January 17th 21cet. With these words we equally welcome all of you back and wish you good luck for the upcoming season and dont forget to have fun!
