Here we are again. It's late December and besides that it's Christmas, it also means that autumn/winter season of EuroQ2L league is over. Hopefully you enjoyed all the matches and of course both very intense finals!
Here is the final standing in EuroQ2L #12:
Division 1

This is my 3rd year and 6th season of EuroQ2L which I admin.. can't believe that I'm here for half of the EuroQ2L life huh. Anyway this is also my last one. If anyone is interested in my reasons or how I saw this season to turn out, feel free to check of this page. Next headadmin of upcoming season will be ph. Hopefully you will be more satisfied next season :).

We can all agree semifinals were pretty disappointing. v3 failed to give real challenge to play> and HBQ versus Wizards ended up being one mapper and w/o. How ever we can expect more from the final. Two active clans going at each other, while both being one of the top clans for almost a decade, so it is not total injustice to see swedish play> facing Wizards from Finland in Div I final in our 12th edition of Euroq2l.

Attention has shifted away again, so it is time to turn our heads back in to the game and to the playoffs. Since both playoffs games are still pretty much unplayed, it is not yet too late to write a preview. For starters I apolgize for Div2 fans, I have no knowledge of div2 what so ever, so Im unable to write any kind of preview of it, but hopefully this is better than nothing.
We have three oldschool clans with a new comer from Poland competing for the place in the finals. Five time finalists play> and Wizards, both with two titles and HBQ four time finalist with three titles and v3 looking for their first final appearance. For longer preview click see more button below.

As you should probably know from the schedule, this is the last week for the group stage games. But since there are still unplayed matches you are given two extra days to finish your games (until 1.12.). On Tuesday 1.12. at 23:00 CET, all unplayed matches will be turned into WO. Also all the matches from before last round are forced on Sunday 29.11. 20:00 CET.
I'm really sorry, but you can't use your WC anymore to postpone the match, since the schedule is quite tight and prolonging the playoffs to new year is not an option. |
