After a long debate with admins and many players participating in the tournament we've decided to give Greenjumper a second chance and let him participate and fight for DIV I in group E. With him joining the group, a 7 player group will turn into an 8 player group. To keep things fair for the other members 4 players from this group will advance to div I, rest to div II.
