Group A played today and we got a great first group game with some solid results. Nook and yogurt handled things in the first two positions without much trouble, and fish took a surprisingly large lead over 4th place finisher nubcake. Caboom won his beloved d3ljump5 to come in a close 5th. zerosignal was only 2 points behind him in 6th, with mako and leviathan not too far behind. nook!e, yogurt, and fish move on to division 1, while the rest can jostle in division 2.

Little bit of information on the server ip and viewing games. We do not want spectators in the tourny server, to reduce any lag spikes for players. We will have some alternatives, a GVD server where you can remotely view, and probably a stream from either me or mako for group and semi games. If anyone is unaware, the command for entered a passworded server is just "password tournament2017".

Sign-ups close in about 24 hours, so here is the finals prize distribution. We have a nice big pot this year, and hopefully some good battles to go with it.
Special thanks to TeiOch for the huge contribution of $320 dollars, and also to XtraGhost and Ace for $50 each, for a very dank total of $420usd.
Division 1:
1st: $210
2nd: $100
3rd: $50

Division 2:
1st: $15
A note on the division 2 prize. If someone is suspected of pruposely throwing a match, in order to get into division 2, they will be dq'd from the game. So play fair, and enjoy the large prize pool! |

Leave a note here or on discord and let us know when you can play, it will help speed up the process of making groups after sign-ups close on the 15th.
Example: I can play Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun, after 3pm.
Had a few people ask about when games will start. It will be roughly between the 21st and 24th. Depending on when people can play. In the past, games are usually around 20-22 CET, but can be earlier or later if people are okay with it. |
