The Netherlands vs Germany

As dIem had very bad ping even on german server, we decided to play on best german server. Netherlanders were very kind and agreed on it. They picked dm1 and dm3 while Germany's choice was dm2 and dm5.

First map : q2dm1

When dm1 started it seemed Netherlands would be raped. Germany were better prepared for the match. While playing netherlanders warmed up a bit and started showing their real skill. That lead to a very exciting end. Germany trieing to hide and keep their frag advantage and Netherlands chasing them. Anyway germans were lucky this time and emerged victorious. All players were equal on this map, can't seperate any on them. I only thought that tforce would do better, but the beginning of the game was hard for him and only in the end he woke up.


Second map : q2dm2

Next map was dm2 picked by Germany. This time the game was equal in the beggining. Though Netherlands had more lift control with duco and tforce owning it very well. Anyway arch and Dino! had big problems with quad. fruz and JuN often overmatched them in this position. That gave a chance for Germany to win the game but this time lift control seemed to be more important.


Third map : q2dm3

As on dm1 so on next home map, dm3, Netherlands couldn't find their gave for very long time. Germands owned every quad and invuls in the beggining. They showed good teamplay and left no chances for netherlands to get even a frag. Only arch was wise enough to use some brain and not just attack frantically. With time all netherlanders woke up again as on dm1 and fortunately with time they had enough time for winning.


Fourth map : q2dm5

dm5 was rather boring becouse Netherlands were obviuosly stronger here... They ruled all positions and even had time for jokes. I don't understand why Germany picked this map.
