Yes pings aren\'t fair. We tried a dozen of servers and found a couple of neutral ones but each time Ukraine couldn\'t connect with 4 on them (thank you r1q2 which prevent 4 ip\'s to connect to the same server at the same time).

So after all the waiting they wanted to play on xs4all.
