As you could have expected, I decided to remove  Canada from the league.
They hadn't played one single match so far, they haven't shown up for their match against both Poland and USA.
Both of those teams were kind enough to propose a reschedule, still they didn't bother to arrange something.
All their matches are transformed in w/o.
The group D matches are now completed which means  Poland ends 1st and  USA second.
 Chile is relegated to the second phase of group matches which will start at the same time as the proper PlayOffs. | |

Disappointed with Canada, was at least hoping they would play USA. Well, better luck next year, I guess.
