 Austria and  Bulgaria both left NDML.
Austria didn't have any active players left and the captain of Bulgaria had too many problems with organising the team.
All of their matches have been transformed into w/o.
Only teams that haven't played any matches in NDML can be removed from the groups, that's why you can still see most of the teams in the ranking.

After a pretty good start, the promising team of USA has to withdraw from NDML.
Almost all of the players of the national team have stopped playing Q2 after the release of Quake4.
It's a bit of a pitty to leave the league now but we wish them good luck in Q4.
Note: All their previous and upcomming matches will be turned into forfeits.
EDIT: As expected, Croatia jumped on the Q4 bandwagon and left the building.
