Fueled by the good reception of my attempt at writing predictions for NDML last year, I decided to give it another go. I soon realized it was a bit harder than expected but I did my best, so here it is:

The groups are online! You can check them on your right and see that we decided to go with only 2 groups this year.
We thought it was better in many ways: - more group games and, thus, more games for less skilled teams - more opposition for the top teams in the group phase - if teams drop out, it doesn't screw the whole group
As for the playoffs, they will be single-elimination. The 4 best teams of each group will go through and, just like in EuroQ2L, the 1st will play the 4th of the opposite group in the first stage and the 2nd will play the 3rd.
The first round starts next week so you can already start challenging your first opponent. Don't forget to have your team squad up to date before the first match week starts.
Start challenging and enjoy the league! |

NDML 7: To Be or Not To Be? | 2006-09-07 17:04 | Gravgon |

After a very long and slow 6th season which, fortunately, ended in an amazing final game, it's time to think about the next season.
There are many questions that need to be answered before even considering to prepare it.
Should there be a 7th season?
With which countries?
Should it be opened to the world or just Europe?
Should we allow some countries to merge as one team to compete?
And many more...
I invite you all to post your comments and your suggestions either in the comments of this news or in this .
I think this league still has the potential to provide the best Q2 4on4 games but we really need your inputs to know wheter it's worth to run another season or not.
Thanks in advance! |

This long-lasting season has finally come to an end, and what a great end!
FINAL RANKING:

I would like to thank all the admins who contributed to the league, the people who runned QTV's, DaHanG for his great shoutcasts and of course, all the players who took part.
There WILL be a next season which should be smoother and faster than this one.
It will probably start around the end of september and during the time in between, you can expect various articles, columns, interviews to be posted on this website.
See you next season! |
