Mish, tbh i've just meant "combining" as adding to q2scene.net, as combining .eu and part of .ru scenes on one portal, but your idea about USSR league is looking very smooth! - it would be so great to organize smth global like this.. :]

Claymore say what he can do possibility for posting in 2 lang. If it will manage to make it, the problem is not present. If is not present, yet I do not know. Probably, for each news there will be a text both in Russian and in English in one place.
