Following da^wd's ask, two server started on eltel.net, 1v1 and TDM.
The main feature of server is that ping from Europe to there seems pretty low, mostly under 20 ms for scandies for example.

So, two thirds parts of qualification round are completed.
That we'd like to note is that's just amazing that we have just a single w/o. It is very nice!
It means that administrators and players can find compromises and play the games on time, not tightening the league...
72 matches are played and 33 ramains on this moment. I hope that the same pleasant situation will be kept further.
Now some about players.
First, I'd like to tell a few warm words to ukrainian players - their average skill in a qalification round noticeably higher than an average skill of our players - in three groups from seven Ukraina presents on the first places, and in two others - in the middle of the table, good job fellows!
Estonian player CoVell Quite good skill, and also two Lithuanian players - Gip5y and nrk.
From Russian players we can note the success such quake-monsters as rage. Vaselisa, ficha, aid (constantly training of Rage givers them pretty high skill in russian standards), Demien, Shai, Vint who is strong like usuall. Potentially it also concerns to Smolensk, but he can't show his best skill with his ping of 70-80 ms...
All listed players (imho) have quite good chances advance to the group round and the the playoff also then.
food, kuklovod have played with frankly disappointed results. ceLer plays very roughly a while.
And it's also a pleasant that a girl plays in RDL 1st time in it's history :)
We hope that such practice will go on... |

The deadlines for the 2nd and the 3rd tours are today. Few players wich haven't playes their matches are holding us atm. So i ask everyone to take a look on the to find out if you don't have unplayed matches.
Only  Opener took a wildcard on this moment, while rest of matches must be finished today with this or that result probally with w/o.
We will make a maplist of the 5th tour just when no matches of the 2nd and the 3rd tours leave in the schedule.

As you all remember, player CAN PICK EACH MAP ONLY ONCE during all the tours of qualification round.
Violations list:
ip.kadz picked ztn2dm and .
So he has a penalty in the 2nd game gets -1 point instead 0 in it.
nrk picked ptrip and .
So he has a penalty in the 2nd game and gets 2 points instead 3 in it.
Be carefull when picking maps, especially in the 5th tour! Since it's maplist contains of maps wich was allready player in previous tours, it can happen that you will be able to take 1 or 2 maps only. If you haven't a singe unplayed map (however it's allmost incredibly), you can pick any map from the 5th tour maplist. |
