Over at the the playoffs are closing in on the grand finale. In the loserbracket we saw  nol1ght take down  Notorious in an uneven battle pingwise, but still showed some nice skills. In the winnerbracketfinal fpS took down Blaizz in a very exciting and close game.

RDL vs EDL
The RDL is to end before the EDL kicks off, so hopefully we will see the show-game between the winner of RDL vs the winner of last season ,  Damiah.
GTV
SkulleR (the creator of the quake2 client/server ) is currently working on a new GTV engine for quake2. It was tested during the loserbracket game between nol1ght and Notorious, and proved to be working very well already! So hopefully the final matches of the RDL as well as EDL will be available for everyone to watch on GTV (even with multiview enabled on q2pro servers) :) | |
