Tourney Layout
- two groups consisting of 8 and 9 teams each
- top 4 in each groups move to the playoffs
- #1's and #2's play #4 and #3 of opposite group respectively (A#1-vs-B#4, A#2-vs-B#3 / B#1-vs-A#4, B#2-vs-A#3)
- single elimination playoffs
