Q2scene admin Kolt has decided to be somewhat stricter regarding what comments are allowed on DemoSquad, as all off-topic comments will be deleted.
Comment on the forum Instead, comments not connected with the demo itself are advised posted on the q2scene-forum. As expected this has caused some friction among the users:
Background Most of the causes for the latest happenings can be traced back to the LyL-controversy, and lately this topic has become glowing hot with the release of Dimmo's movie Lava Lenkai.
Hopefully things will settle with time, and we can focus on quake2 again.

So he provoke you and caught you later. But that's unfair! Sure. But this is not the only one site about q2 so it's not the end of the world. Create you own site, APKIS will add his demos and lets go. You will be able ban people from Poland there if they will offend you or just 4fun.

And for the future, FYI - Act according the rules. AND MAKE THE RULES BEFORE your childish performances.

And I was banned when I got frustrated that my comments are deleted without any reason, since there are no rules which I have violated. After he banned me from Forum and from DS (generaly - my ip is banned from all scene), he wrte this stupid offtopic message to approve his behaviour. It looks that there is only one rule - KOLT rule. And this sux. It should not be happening...
This is embarassing. The whole "affair" can be summed up in one sentence: kolt stroke a nerve and abused his admin power to "fight" against people who made fun of his lack of humour.
