EDL: Closing in on the end2007-05-15 14:47 | daelmun
Finally there is only the semifinals (one of them actually) and the final left to be played in the European Duel League as all the quarterfinals have been played/walkovers handed out.

Padonkas unable to play
Unfortunately, due connection problems Padonkas has been forced to give Ib0gInE a walkover win in their game. He had bad pings even in his own country, even more so abroad. As a result Ib0gInE moves on to the semifinals to play Purri, who convincingly took down Turricane three maps to none earlier tonight.

:: This match may be played later tonight, 22 CET'ish (not confirmed yet)

Quarterfinal results
(ptrip/q2rdm2/match1) Damiah [3:1] Aone (q2dm1)
(q2duel5/q2duel1/q2dm1) Assasin [3:2] Blaizz (ztn2dm2/q2dm3)
(q2dm1/q2rdm2/q2dm3) Purri [3:0] Turricane
(wo/wo/wo) Ib0gInE [3:0] Padonkas

Semifinals
Damiah continues to march through the league in a convincing manner, taking down Assasin 3:0 after a good performance against a somewhat struggling Assasin who had a troublesome netgraph as well as a troublesome opponent to fight. As a result Damiah is already secured a spot in the final, congratulations!

(q2rdm2/q2duel5/ptrip) Damiah [3:0] Assasin

Purri vs Ib0gInE :: not scheduled :: may be played tonight
