New masterserver

ChickenMan from the german clan Exhale, runs an own masterserver for QW, Q2, Q3 servers. The entries in the server-cfg's should be for Q2

masterserver.exhale.de:27900

Status and more information for the ohter masterserver are viewable via a PhP-Script on the or via Gamespy/Pingtool/XQF.

	The whole entries in the server.cfg must be setmaster masterserver.exhale.de:27900 public 1 This works for 20 or so servers, you can see them when you have a look at the Exhale site, www.exhale.de After restarting your server it could be last up to 10 minutes, before your server is in the list.
