A german oldskool Q2-Player released his first Q2 Movie. Some nice techniques were used within this one and some nice frags are shown. Enjoy!

	Inqu is just using common sense what some people dont seem to have. And he hasnt done any movie as far as i know, but im sure the movie wouldnt be bad if he would do one.

	Wtf am I bugging or is the booze doing tricks on me? Here is a small tutorial how to compress sounds on otherwise ready video without losing ANY vid quality what so ever. It's easy, cheap and fast! 	Inqu, have you done any q movies by yourself? All these movie issues seem to be familiar to you :-) BTW, I guess you were trying to say "like a red rag to a bull" - that's the right simile ;p

	Good idea gone wrong First of all, the video is divx 3.11 (low motion), not divx4. There really is no point of using divx 3.11 instead of 5.1.1 since the new codecs are superior and 3.11 is actually illegal. Use recams instead 1st person view next time, the movie was a slideshow Pros: -ra2 movie! I like it -Good brightness and gamma -Nice scene change effects, I liked them Cons: -PCM SOUND AGAIN!! I just bitched about them in quazilins vid but this is worse The sounds take 38% of the filesize! Cmoon wtf are you thinking: 35mb for 3min sound?? This is why mp3 was invented. I began to worry when I saw the .avi was ~20% bigger than the rar, if the video is packed correctly the .rar or .zip should be only few per cent smaller than the avi. -Stutter, use recams next time and higher fps on avi, try exporting like 60fps and then make a movie with 30fps out of it. Explore the different framerates and you'll see it doesnt have to be 10fps -Use FSAA and ANISO! It'll make the movie look better, especially to those who use it all the time, those jaggies are like a red cloth to a bull atleast for me. But I gotta say when this was your first movie, I liked it a lot. Don't get pissed off, I'm trying to pinpoint the probs you had in the movie so you can fix them for your next (hopefully) long movie.

	Hehe yeh the fuckin Framerate But all the Progs i found wasnt able to capture more fps because of my shit comp (p3 700, 128mb, gf2mx 32mb and a slow hdd ) But the aviexport feature in beefquake works well so the next Movie will have 25 fps And ill try to make shorter breaks

	since few months there is some fashion for making q2 movies but about movie: + nice frags - too many "nice techniques" - too long breaks between each actions (reason above) but overall i like it, short and "easy" to watch, nice work =)
