Yes, the ever so eager  Gerdt has opened the signups for yet another season of the popular .
Signups for 2x2? III are now open. The first 32 signed up teams will play in the league. Expansion is possible if at least 64 teams are signed up.

Well, most of you know by now that  R1CH has been working on his anticheat addon to the already popular client. It is also compatible with up-to-date and clients.
It's been tested on different servers, and as far as I can tell it's still being worked on so feedback is needed on the .

Our favoirte admin-team has once again launched a new season of , an established Q2TDM 4v4 league that any respectable active clan should and will join.

Signups are a bit different this season than in previous seasons. This year the only way you can signup is to contact the Head Admins via IRC (we all can be found at #euroq2l on quakenet). This way we can remove signups from clans who are impossible to reach for match scheduling.

Well, I haven't been really gone, just had a bunch of realife issues (good ;D! and bad >:(! ) to deal with lately so my limited q2 time was dedicated to playing.
But now I'll try to update the news as well as I can. So if anyone has anything they feel is news material, just send me a personal message on the site or contact me on IRC and I'll try to update the news if I think it is fitting.

- database changes (preparation for different signup system)
- its possible to turn off flags (in case if there would be league with ppl from one country)
- fixed awards and mailer for DUEL LEAGUES

On they are looking for supervisors for the upcoming seasons of TDM/iTDM/CTF. In order to make quake2 played on Clanbase yet another season, anyone with the right qualifications and the dedication to pull the workload should put their names on the list.
