Sooo, this was the game that wasn't anticipated at all. The not so mighty clan ego vs the more or less randomly named clan Fires of Judaism, even the silly names of the clans would make any avid q2 fan fall asleep out of boredom.
Anyway, clan Ego wisely positioned their european warriors and hpbs in the front ranks when facing FoJ, so any damage done would be done to the Europeans and defenseless hpbs. And to element, but he is canadian anyway. First map was of course q2dm6, and thats pretty much about three things:
1. BFG: anyone getting the bfg managed to frag paradiselost, friend or foe didn't really matter.
2. QUAD: DaHanG got quad, but he never had a gun, so he wisely chose to ignore the quad for the rest of the game camping SSG, after yet another unsuccessfull blaster quadrun.
LAVA: well, everyone had some hilarious lavadiving, but naymlis must have had a lot because at the beginning he had a -3 score or something. Railing paradiselost didn't really help much either, even though it's pretty much always a good thing on its own to kill paradiselost.

Second map was another tedious map, this time it was q2dm3. As we all know, it's pretty much exactly the same as q2dm6, without the BFG.
QUAD: scream somehow got quad a LOT, allthough he spent most of his time in the quad runs trying to pick up SSGs dropped onto the fragpipe.
LAVA: yeah, not sure how many suicides we saw, but Im pretty sure paradiselost had some hilarious ones
INVU: funniest moment of the games happened around the invu as usual. First dahang's rj kill on evah, then naymlis' and evah's "noob" exchange after sweet suicides and lame rocketjump frags.
Anyway, the beginning was close, then daized got rail and started whoring. I swear he has some sort of rocketdodging hax, because he had like 3 or 4 e members attacking him with rls standing 3 feet behind his back, and they still missed. Anyway, next games I hope haunted will refrain from asking his opponents and teammates to f*** him untill AFTER the game :) Don't mix business with pleasure.

Actually 2 pretty good games, not rape and fairly close to begin with. DaHanG had a hard time in the beginning of both maps, and paradiselost had a hard time pretty much all the damn time.
But best player of the match award goes to paradiselost and his 19-14 score on dm3. Well done, especially considering he is playng with a grey looking q2.
